He lives in the Cotswolds, England with his partner, Victoria Groom and their dog, Wellington. He came across the Principles in 2010 and became a dedicated student immediately, studying with the leading practitioners in the field. His company, 3P Training is the result of this effort and he has been training in the corporate arena since early 2011 with large corporates, SME’s and on a one-to-one basis. Damian spent 17 years in the media industry in senior roles for big titles, brands and agencies (including: loaded, Saatchi & Saatchi, Trinity Mirror) but found his new calling in training and development.
